Terms of sale

Seller: PhotoRenov, established in France. Identity and address: see the legal notice. Contact: photorenovH@outlook.fr. Prices are in euros (EUR). These terms are the English version of the French conditions of sale. The French text at the unprefixed URL is the reference if the two versions differ.

1. What you buy

These terms cover the sale of credits used to download restored photos in high definition, without a watermark, on PhotoRenov.

2. Prices

Prices are in euros, tax included where VAT applies. Packs: 1 photo (€1.49), 5 photos (€6.99, −6% versus the single price), 15 photos (€19.99, −11%), 40 photos (€39.99, −33%). One credit = one HD photo without a watermark. Processing starts only after payment.

3. Payment

Payment is by card through Stripe. Credits do not expire and stay on the email account used for the purchase. VAT treatment can differ for buyers outside the European Union.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase, once you have given express consent and waived that right. The checkbox is required before payment.

5. Delivery

After the payment is confirmed, HD processing starts. The download is available from your session page as soon as the file is ready.
